Coakley/American Micrographics offers microfilming and scanning of many varieties of documentation, such as microfilm and aperture cards, engineering drawings, maps, legal documents, personnel files and medical records along with a variety of related records.

Since 1974 our customers have entrusted us with their valuable information knowing that while it is in our possession it is safe from disclosure to outside sources and competitors.

Toepfer Security Corp . protects our facilities. All documents in our possession are adequately insured, both in our facility and in transit in our delivery vehicles.

Coakley Archives Secured Data Services also provide a "Fire Lock" vault; temperature and humidity controlled storage for computer tapes, CDs, film, etc. This facility has a 24-hour monitored security system that includes motion detectors and surveillance cameras.

All employees are properly trained in the handling, control and importance of documents received from our customers. Conditions of their employment require that they sign an Employee Confidentiality and Responsibility Agreement regarding not only Coakley/American Micrographics information, but our customers’ as well.
